Return Policy

Household products in unused condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return.

We at Brett Yarish Studio stand behind our workmanship and assure all products leaving our studio are made to the highest standards. We offer a warranty on the quality of manufacturing, and do everything in our power to ensure the wood is processed in the best possible way. 

We do not cover general wear and tear, or damage due to sun exposure, humidity or exposure to conditions outside of normal room temperature. All of our pieces are meant to be used indoors unless otherwise specified. To ensure your piece looks beautiful for years to come, please refer to our wood care page. Care instructions will also be provided to you with your purchase.

 

Custom Orders

Production begins immediately after you accept the quote and pay the deposit, therefore all sales are final on custom orders.
